The evaluation of achievements in social science is a complicated and systematic project. In order to get accurate and fair evaluation results, we need to make efforts from the following five aspects: to grasp the characteristics of disciplines, to be familiar with the law of evaluation, to know the frontier of the field, to understand the classification of subject, to select carefully the evaluation experts.
