Abstract:Through visual imaging and computer information processing, packaging detection technology based on machine vision can realize the functions of packaging identification, detection and measurement. Compared with the traditional manual detection method, it has the characteristics of fast execution, high precision, and good repeatability, which can significantly improve automation degree in product packaging. Therefore, it has been widely used in packaging detection for food and beverage, medicine, 3C electronic products, logistics and tobacco in recent years. To further improve its practical application utility in packaging, packaging detection technology based on machine vision needs to address the issues such as the difficulties in universal high-quality visual imaging, low development efficiency in detection and recognition algorithm, slow promotion in application of artificial intelligence, and the difficulty in application of highly complex tasks.
