Under the guidance of the service design concept, aspects of optimizing the application strategy of the new media devices in the Hong Guan Kiln exhibition hall, integrating the advantages of the new media device to improve the fluency and interactivity of the modern exhibition hall were studied. By analyzing the functional characteristics and realistic basis of the new media devices, the application advantages and functional characteristics of the new media devices in the exhibition hall were obtained, and the general design process and design application of the new media devices in the exhibition hall were summarized in conjunction with the case of the Hong Guan Kiln exhibition hall. The user-centered service design concept promoted the iterative development of the modern Hong Guan Kiln exhibition hall. The application of new media technology would become an important driving force in its development while enhance the interactive and sensory attributes of the Hong Guan Kiln exhibition hall.
