The visual structure of golden section was analyzed in classic works such as architecture and sculpture of the ancient Greek, Renaissance painting art, the nineteenth century modern graphic design and product design with a professional software “PhiMatrix”. It was revealed that these works obeyed the golden section ratio relations. In the long-term practice of art, people have formed an aesthetic standard based on the preference for golden section. Therefore, the designs with gold proportion composition were in line with the people’s aesthetic psychology.
