The moulding process of rhombic honeycomb paperboard in laboratory was presented in detail. The manufacture of rhombic honeycomb cores can be carried out with the principle of silk screen printing while the design parameters of rhombic honeycomb paperboard were deduced on the basis of having equal equivalent density. Two solutions to industrialization production of rhombic honeycomb paperboard were presented.
