    摘要:

    运用系统动力学原理,利用Vensim软件进行模拟仿真,以山东省为例,从经济效益、工业化、数字化、绿色化对建筑业高质量发展的动力因素进行分析。研究表明,经济效益是建筑业高质量发展的基础,建筑工业化、数字化、绿色化对建筑业高质量发展具有推动作用,三者协同发展,才会实现建筑业高质量发展,加快建筑业转型升级。

    Abstract:

    By applying the principles of system dynamics and using Vensim software for simulation, taking Shandong Province as a case study, an analysis has been made of the dynamic factors for the high-quality development in the construction industry from the perspectives of economic benefits, industrialization, digitalization, and greenization. Research has shown that economic benefits serve as the foundation for the high-quality development in the construction industry. Industrialization, digitalization, and greenization of the construction industry exert a promoting effect on its high-quality development. Only through the coordinated development of the three factors can the high-quality development of the construction industry be achieved, with its transformation and upgrading accelerated as well.
