    摘要:

    针对光伏发电系统内由于环境中光能的不稳定性而导致光伏发电系统输出的电能质量波动问题,提出了一种利用蓄电池作为能量补充的方法,对光伏电池的输出功率进行削峰填谷,从而稳定输出的电能质量。该方法基于事件驱动策略,通过设置电压阀值以驱动蓄电池处于充电、放电、停止3种工作模式。最后,利用仿真软件建立了光伏电池和蓄电池模型,并在此基础上设计了事件驱动控制器,通过模型与控制器的结合,对所提方案进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,这种方法不仅能稳定电压,而且能降低蓄电池的充放电次数,有利于延长蓄电池的使用寿命。

    Abstract:

    In view of such flaws as the fluctuation of the output of photovoltaic power system due to the instability of the light energy in the photovoltaic system, a proposal has been made of using the battery as the energy supplement. The peaked load shifting of the output power of photovoltaic cells helps to stabilize the output power quality. Based on event-driven strategy, this method sets the voltage threshold to drive the battery to operate in 3 modes: charging, discharging, and stopping. Finally, the model of photovoltaic cell and battery is to be established by using the simulation software, with an event-driven controller designed on this basis as well. A simulation of the proposed scheme has been carried out based on the combination of the model and the controller. The simulation results show that this method helps to stabilize the voltage, and reduce the charge and discharge times of the battery, which is conducive to prolonging the service life of the battery.
