    摘要:

    针对传统电能传输方式中存在的电线摩擦、老化、电能传输过程中容易产生火花等缺点,设计了一种移相全桥磁耦合谐振无线直流变换器。即采用磁耦合谐振式无线变压器以实现输入输出的物理隔离,结合移相双闭环控制实现软开关及提高响应速度。并通过Matlab/Simulink和TMS320F28335对设计的变换器进行了仿真和实现。仿真实验结果表明,所设计的移相全桥磁耦合谐振无线直流变换器的响应速度较快、损耗较小,且通过无线变压器进行电能传输提高了设备的安全性能。

    Abstract:

    In view of such disadvantages as wire friction, aging and sparks produced during the transmission of electric energy in the traditional transmission system, a design has been proposed of the phase-shifted full-bridge DC converter. A physical isolation of the input and output can be realized by using the magnetically coupled resonant wireless transformer. Combined with phase-shift double closed loop control, a soft switching can be realized and the response speed can be increased. The designed converter and simulation can be realized by using Matlab / Simulink and TMS320F28335. Experiments show that the designed phase-shifted full-bridge magnetically coupled resonant wireless DC converter shows its advantages: faster in response while small in loss. In addition, the safety performance of the equipment can be improved by power transmission through a wireless transformer.
