Aiming at the issues of LFM signal detection and parameter estimation, studies the existing detection methods such as Wigner-Ville, FRFT etc., and on the basis of FRFT transform, proposes the algorithm combining the forecasting method with FRFT transform. Through computer simulation, verifies that the method is capable of effectively estimating the parameters of LFM and reduces the amount of calculation as well.
