    摘要:

    针对开关通断控制技术的单火线调光方法,只能提供4档LED照明灯的调节亮度,且对开关动作有时间要求的弊端,提出一种用单火线亮度控制电路、亮度信号接收电路和亮度控制驱动电路来实现的LED照明灯调光方法。该方法采用控制双向晶闸管正负半波是否移相触发,以单火线方式给出LED照明灯亮度增加控制信号或者亮度减小控制信号,由MCU对亮度控制信号进行识别,微控制器输出占空比可调节PWM信号来控制LED照明灯亮度在0~100%之间以1%的步进值改变。

    Abstract:

    As the dimming method of single power line based on the switch on-off control technology only provides 4-grade brightness adjusting for LED lights and has requirement for the switching operation time, proposes a method of the single power line brightness control circuit, the luminance signal receiving circuit and the brightness control drive circuit to achieve LED dimming. The method adopts the bidirectional thyristor positive and negative half wave to control phase-shift trigger, gives the LED lamp control signals of increasing or decreasing brightness by single power line and identifies the brightness control signals by MCU. The micro controller output duty ratio can adjust the PWM signals to control LED lamp brightness changing between 0 and 100% with 1% step value.
