Abstract:In order to solve the problems of adding expensive metal catalyst or alkali to synthesize furan ring, taking symmetrical allyl carbonate as the dosage standard, applies -ketoester and symmetrical allyl carbonate as raw materials to synthesize 2,3-bisubsituted-5-vinyl-4,5-dihydrofuran derivatives under the combined catalysis of the standard 2% tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium catalyst and of the standard 2% 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane. The experimental results show that the reaction has high yields with the electron withdrawing groups. By changing the substituents, obtains 9 different substituted 2,3-bisubsituted-5-vinyl-4,5-dihydrofuran derivatives. All products are confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR.
