    摘要:

    实验研究了喷嘴的不同排列方式和进气量对气举提升管出口端的排水量、排沙量、沙颗粒浓度和提升效率的影响。实验结果表明,喷嘴的不同排列方式和进气量对气举提升性能有显著影响。在进气量一定的情况下,选择合理的排列方式可以获得较好的提升效果;而随着进气量的增加,反映气举提升性能的各项参数基本呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,但各量峰值对应的进气量不尽相同。

    Abstract:

    Air-lift performance was investigated experimentally for different arrangements of nozzles and air flow rates. The discharged liquid flux, discharged particle mass, concentration of particles and lifting efficiency were tested by changing the arrangements of airflow nozzles and air flow rate. The experimental results show that the change of air-injecting method has great effect on the air-lifting performance. It is concluded that optimal lifting performance can be obtained with a suitable air-injecting method under the condition of certain air volume. But along with the increase of air flow rate, air-lift performance parameters presents the first increases and then decreases, the peak of each parameter corresponding to air flow rate is very different.
