Abstract:UV cured epoxy acrylate is synthesized with epoxy E-44 and acrylic acid, and its structure is characterized with FT-IR. The impacts of photo initiator concentration and diluent volume on curing time, water absorption, gel rate and adhesion of the adhesive are studied. The results show that the adhesive has the best comprehensive performance with 5% mass fraction of photo initiator and 20% of diluent. By DSC-TG analysis, the glass transition temperature of the cured film was 279℃ and thermal weight loss was 84.88% at 0℃~600℃.
