Elaborates the concept and connotation of urban low-carbon buildings in line with China's economic and social reality, constructs an mathematical model for building carbon emission estimation, and analyzes the situation of carbon emission of China's urban buildings with the model. The analysis shows that the model can measure building carbon emissions and is a good tool for the decision-making of low carbon building development.
