Analyzes and summarizes the research of some scholars on the issues of the strengthening effect of HPFL to RC structure. Reviews the behaviors of high-performance composite mortar in lamina reinforced materials of HPFL, including the behaviors of the reinforced constructional element in anti-bending, anti-shearing, compression resistance, seismic behavior, fatigue resistance and high temperature resistance. And proposes important issues needed to be researched in future.
