With the aim of meeting the requests of experiment teaching of undergraduate students and scientific research of teachers and graduate students, and without increasing equipment investment, discussed the principle, construction requirements and construction necessity of a multifunctional laboratory of building environment and equipment engineering specialty. Analyzed the advantages and defects through an establishing multifunctional laboratory.
