Through the influencing factors of KM strategy evaluation established by core competitiveness of colleges, constructs the KM strategy appraisal target system and determines the weight value of each target. Applies fuzzy mathematics theory to empirical analysis of colleges’ knowledge management and realizes dynamic management of KM performance evaluation in colleges.
