Studies the initial boundary value problem of a new nonlinear evolution equation. Obtains existence and stability of global weak solution by means of Galerkin method associating with energy estimate and analysis technique，in which the nonlinear term satisfies critical conditions of exponential growth. And makes a large improvement on the findings of such problems.
