A Copper(II) phthalocyanine(CuPc)/fullerene(C60) organic solar cell doped pentacene is fabricated in Indium-tin-oxide(ITO) glass with high-vacuum evaporation technology. Mobility measurement results show that doping pentacene in C60 layer efficiently adjusts the mobility of the acceptor layer of the solar cell. The current-voltage characteristic of the solar cell under AM 1.5 solar illumination at an intensity of 100 mW/cm2 shows that the power conversion efficiency is dependent of the mobility of carriers.
