According to geological condition of screw anchor in foundation pit engineering at Zhuzhou and the surrounding environment, it puts forward an project of screw anchor founding and calculates its anti-lift capacity and founding structure. The result shows that the project meets the requirement of its ensuring stability. As the foundation pit is adjacent to building, the scheme of the reinforced concrete pile had been considered before the screw anchor is used. After the finished engineering , 50 percent investment is saved，and time for a project is shortened.
