On the basis of mathematical statistics and using the method of multiple regression analysis，the practical calculating formulas of the shear lag coefficient in thin-walled compression-flexure box girders is derived. This research work is improved further of current calculating methods of the shear lag effect in compression-flexure box girders and the result supply reference on the engineering design which making the complex calculation extremely simple.
