Abstract:“Ecology”, “civilization” and “aesthetics” are the three core concepts of ecological civilization aesthetics. “Ecology” means that the non-human nature of ecology must be regarded as an objective reality, which is the premise for conducting ecological humanities research. “Civilization” means that ecological civilization is the result of the immanent transcendence of civilization, that is, the transcendence of human civilization over industrial civilization, which is progressive, not regressive; new technology, not anti-technology; and more civilized, not anti-civilized. “Aesthetics” means that ecological civilization aesthetics is an aesthetics based on ecological civilization. The ideal of beauty it pursues is the spiritual beauty that transcends sensory aesthetics, the overall beauty of concrete things, and the simple beauty of exquisite forms. It is the unity of truth, goodness and beauty.
