    摘要:

    立德树人是研究生导师的首要职责。研究生导师要从明“强国复兴”之大德、守“处世为民”之公德、严“修身养性”之私德的目标定位,把握和内化立德树人的履责内容;从最低的“无觉”的阶段、次低的“他觉”阶段、次高的“自觉”阶段、最高的“慧觉”阶段的发展定向,认识和提升立德树人的履责境界;从把稳“学思践悟”思想之舵、坚定“己立立人”取譬之道、用好“寓教于研”磨砺之策、练就“因人而异”施教之法、凝聚“协同多方”奋进之力等实践定法,创新和用好立德树人的履责方略。

    Abstract:

    Fostering virtue is the primary responsibility of master mentors. They should grasp and internalize the gist of responsibility by manifesting the rectitude of rejuvenating the nation, abiding by the public morality of serving the people, and following close to the line of self-cultivation. They should enhance their responsibility awareness with an orientation from the lowest stage of unconsciousness, to consciousness, and then to consciousness with wisdom, the highest stage. They should innovate in methodology by adhering to the thought of learning, thinking, practicing and reflecting, the way of cultivating independence first in themselves and then in others, and the strategy of integrating teaching into research, and by employing an individualized approach and uniting joined efforts.
