Abstract:Identified as an object in the civil legal system, artificial intelligence creations are deprived of legal protection because they are created by non-civil subjects. The identity also causes such problems as the inability to determine the eligible responsible subjects for artificial intelligence infringement. Therefore, in order to solve the problems caused by artificial intelligence, it’s feasible to grant artificial intelligence the status of a civil subject by breaking through the traditional philosophical foundation that focuses on rationality as the core of civil subjects, strengthen AI’s responsibility capacity by implementing mandatory insurance, and establish a comprehensive system for artificial intelligence as a civil subject.
