Based on Hovland’s persuasion theory, appealing to young people should enhance the credibility of the caller from three aspects: professionalism, reliability and intention; Construct inspiring content from three aspects: fact, value and emotion; Innovate the way of appealing from three aspects: communication channels, communication methods and communication skills; Infect the appealing object from three aspects: group, individual and demand satisfaction; Optimize the communication strategy and improve the appeal efficiency from four dimensions: cultivating professional communication team, constructing high-quality communication content, innovating integrated communication mode and paying attention to multiple communication objects.
