    摘要:

    全媒体传播语境下,传统报业面临着严峻的生存危机,亟待实现媒体融合的转型。全媒体背景下的报业转型升级,既是先进设施的汇聚,也是从业人员的汇聚,同时还是技术力量的汇聚、传播业务的汇聚。实施这样一个系统的综合工程,需要进行科学定位,合理投入,走出融合发展理念偏颇的误区;需要立足自身优势,多方位挖掘潜能,走出业务开展趋众同质的误区;需要重视并利用个体差异性,进行特色化运营,走出平台构建盲目仿造照搬的误区;需要坚守“内容为王”这一根基,立意精深又善接地气,走出形式至上曲高和寡的误区。

    Abstract:

    In the context of omnimedia communication, the traditional newspaper industry is facing a severe survival crisis and needs to realize the transformation of media integration. The transformation of newspaper industry in the context of omnimedia is not only the gathering of advanced facilities, practitioners, but also the gathering of technical forces, as well as the gathering of communication business. To implement such a systematic comprehensive project, it is necessary to make scientific orientation and reasonable investment, and get out of the misunderstanding of the biased concept of integrated development; It is necessary to base itself on its own advantages, tap its potential in many directions, and get out of the misunderstanding that business development is homogeneous; It is necessary to attach importance to and make use of individual differences, carry out characteristic operations, and get out of the misunderstanding of blindly copying and copying platform construction; It is necessary to adhere to the foundation of “content is king”, be profound and grounded, and get out of the misunderstanding that form is supreme.
