The core issue of the Chinese revolution was the farmer issue. The Chinese Communists accurately caught this basic issue of the Chinese revolution，correctly recognizing the Chinese revolution’s prospect and direction. As one of the early leaders of the CPC who paid attention to the farmer issues earlier, Luo Yinong explored the farmer issues in theory and practice，and finally came up with a series of distinctive thinking and understanding about farmer issues. Luo Yinong’s exploration and practice of farmer issues are still of great value for the times today. It enlightens us that in promoting rural revitalization, we must adhere to the leadership of the Party and develop rural cultural construction. We also should promote cultural revitalization, adhere to the supremacy of the interests of the people as well as ensure and improve people’s livelihood.
