    摘要:

    为确保高校思想政治理论课程的教学质量,教师除了将马克思主义理论外化为思维方法、内化为自己的德性外,还应当做好以下工作:首先,创新高校思想政治理论课教师实现“两化”的教学模式或手段。其一,采取真正的专题讲授教学模式;其二,以微课、虚拟仿真实践课等补充课堂教学。其次,制定高校思想政治理论课教师实现“两化”的绩效考核体系。其一,确立多元的绩效考核主体;其二,拟定合理的绩效考核要素;其三,推行追踪的绩效考核形式。再次,建立高校思想政治理论课教师实现“两化”的保障机制。其一,严把入口关,确保高校思想政治理论课教师队伍的政治素质;其二,评优奖优,以榜样的力量激励高校广大思想政治理论课教师传道授业;其三,守住高压线,以零容忍的态度处理思想政治理论课教师违背师德师风的行为。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the quality of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, teachers should externalize Marxist theory into thinking methods and internalize it into their own virtues, and the following work should be done as well: firstly, teaching mode or means should be innovated to realize “two modernizations”, which is reflected in the fact that we should not only really adopt the teaching mode of special topic teaching, but also gradually supplement classroom teaching with micro-lectures and virtual simulation practice courses. Secondly, a performance appraisal system should be established for “internalization and externalization” related work by establishing multiple performance appraisal subjects, drawing up reasonable performance appraisal elements and implementing traceable performance appraisal form. Thirdly, a guarantee mechanism should be established to ensure successful realization of “internalization and externalization”. The first thing we should do is to strictly control the recruitment to ensure the political quality of the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities; the second thing we should do is to appraise and reward the excellent teachers, and to encourage the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities to preach and teach students with the power of example; the third thing we should do is to hold a standard with high pressure and deal with the behavior of ideological and political theory teachers who violate teachers’ morality and virtue cultivation with a zero tolerance attitude.
