Abstract:In the era of media society and consumption empowerment, the production text of the idol industry has gradually shifted from a cultural text to a social capital text focusing on personal value. The idol industry pays attention to the construction of value guidance, and is expected to serve the public interests of the society more, and then serve as one of the foundations for the promotion of cultural governance. The main actors of idol industry constantly reach social consensus and innovate social and cultural concepts through interaction, communication, consultation and checks and balances at the two levels of community autonomy and social co-governance, which also provides more possibilities for the practice of national governance modernization.
