    埃隆·马斯克的SpaceX公司于2020年上半年频发卫星,并计划下半年开启卫星网络公测,这意味着互联网将通过卫星通信技术实现全球连接。作为一种前沿科技,星链具备发射成本低、网速快、全球覆盖、商业价值大和军事用途广等特点。与目前备受关注的5G技术相比,星链在连接空间和特殊场景方面独具优势。未来,卫星互联网与地面基站之间的“星地融合”将成为万物互联时代的网络连接解决方案。以星链为代表的卫星互联网技术,使传播信道发生新变革,带来了波及整个传播链的深远影响。其将建构天地一体的连接模式、万物互联的信息体系和丰富多元的应用场景,并可能产生新的数据霸权问题,对我国互联网之治理形成挑战。

    Abstract:

    Elon Musk’s SpaceX company frequently launches satellites in the first half of 2020, and plans to open satellite network public beta in the second half of 2020, which means that the Internet will achieve global connectivity through satellite communication technology. As a cutting-edge technology, Starlink has the characteristics of low launch cost, fast network speed, global coverage, great commercial value and wide military use. Compared with 5G technology, which has attracted much attention at present, Starlink has unique advantages in connecting space and special scenes. In the future, “satellite-ground integration” between satellite Internet and ground base stations will become a network connection solution in the era of Internet of Everything. Satellite Internet technology, represented by Starlink, has brought about new changes in the communication channel, which has brought far-reaching influence to the whole communication chain. It will construct the connection mode of the integration of heaven and earth, the information system of the Internet of Everything and rich and diverse application scenarios, and may generate new data hegemony issues, posing challenges to China’s Internet governance.
