Abstract:Urban agglomeration is a product of the high level of urbanization. In the process of urban agglomeration development, the state of industrial development is directly related to the development of urban agglomeration. The planning and construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city cluster was officially initiated in 1997. So far, the three cities have achieved good results in the integration development, but there are also some problems such as similar industrial structure leading to regional internal competition, weakening cooperation mechanism in the division of administrative regions, too large proportion of traditional industries and slow development of high-tech industries. In response to these problems, using entropy weight method to calculate the order degree of the three industrial development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city cluster and that of the three cities respectively, and establish a composite system model to calculate the industrial coordination degree of these three cities, then the random effect model is adopted to analyze the influencing factors of the industrial synergy of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city cluster. In combination with the influencing factors of industrial coordinated development, this paper puts forward policy suggestions to strengthen industrial structure planning, strengthen cooperation mechanism construction and improve market resource allocation, continuously optimizing the industrial coordination of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.
