Abstract:Under the background of 5G, the development trend of media convergence will be fully reflected in the mobile terminals. With the realization of multi-channel, pan interaction and the popularization of situational awareness application, brand marketing based on virtual community will also expand into a richer form. From the perspective of interaction design, the designers of mobile virtual brand community should systematically integrate terminals, networks and applications with the ultimate goal of building brand experience, so that users can gather around the community, promote the interaction oriented to brand experience, and finally realize the brand value and the meaning of all interactions.
