Abstract:The rapid popularization of We-Media brings opportunities for industrial development in poor areas. The assistance from We-Media to farmers’ professional cooperatives is characterized by openness, systematization, measurability and dynamic interaction. Based on the perspective of industrial poverty alleviation, and also from the logical perspectives of technology, market and politics, a support framework for the participation of We-Media on the development of cooperative industry is constructed. In view of the problems in development foundation, market competition and organization management of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives, this paper puts forward the implementation ways of We-Media to assist the poverty alleviation of cooperative industry: to establish a learning organization, to build a “We-Mediacommunity of industry” value chain; to give full play to multiple advantages, to enhance the new momentum of industrial development of “We-Media plus brand plus financing”; to clarify the public welfare orientation, to form the first, second and third industries Chain.
