There is a mutual influence and interaction between private kindergartens and government departments. The government guides and regulates the service behavior of private kindergartens through the formulation and implementation of regulatory policies. On the theoretical foundation of economics of regulation, from both economic regulation and social regulation,it discusses the implementation status and existing problems of government regulation in private kindergartens, and proposes the need for government to conduct reasonable anti-regulation to promote more operative and targeted government regulation.
