The Hunan-Jiangxi Soviet Area was the revolutionary base area led by our Party during the Second Revolutionary War in China, and was an important position for red news propaganda. In the Hunan-Jiangxi Soviet Area, the publication, distribution and reading of red newspapers were organized and planned under the direct leadership of the Party Committee and the provincial Soviet government in Hunan and Jiangxi Provinces, forming a relatively complete publishing system and flexible distribution and reading modes. The red newspapers in the Hunan-Jiangxi Soviet Area have raised the political consciousness of the army and the people, and strengthened the propaganda work in the Soviet Area.
