Under the background of economic globalization, the cultural exchanges between China and other countries in the world are deepening day by day, and the issue of cultural security is increasingly highlighted. It is showed as that western countries promote the policy of cultural colonialism with their strong economic strength, advanced science and technology; they develop and utilize our cultural resources, and use WTO rules to impact on China's cultural security. However, due to the lack of a clear understanding of the cultural security struggle in the country, the marketoriented and profitonly economys impact on Chinas value system, the mainstream ideological education is short of innovation. We should not only improve the system of national cultural security, strengthen cultural confidence, vigorously develop the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and promote the prosperity of socialist culture, but also make use of WTO rules to enhance the competitiveness of ethnic cultures and promote the opening up of Chinese culture to the world with a more open attitude.
