The resource allocation of the sports sites on land and on water of Miluo Torch Square is unbalanced; though the organization of land sports events is increasing, there are few water sports events. Problems exist in the site lease, site use, facilities maintenance and public security management of the Square. We should make full use of the existing resources and implement relevant policies to speed up the construction of sports venues and facilities, develop dragon boat tourism projects, increase dragon boat industry development and investment attraction, and diversify the venue financing channels.
