The new requirements for Party building expounded in Xi Jinping’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era orient the Party building of social orgnizations to a pursuit of multimentional values：strengthening the Party’s leadership and political guidance in the direction value; expanding the ruling foundation and strengthening political mutual trust in the party value; strengthening the construction of primary level organizations and enhancing the organizational strength in the organizational value; establishing the socialist core values and promoting advanced culture in the cultural value; gathering talents and enhancing the organizational strength of the masses in the social value; and promoting the healthy development of social organizations through benign interaction in the development value.
