    运用百度搜索指数,以“智联招聘”作为关键词,研究智联招聘网站2011—2016年用户网络关注度的时间及地域分布特征和人群特征等,进而探析我国劳动力市场的时间 演化特征及空间分异特征。研究结果表明:用户网络关注度呈现逐年上升趋势,我国求职高峰期在每年的3月年后返工期和7月应届生毕业季;在求职地区分布上,我国首都、东部 沿海省份及发展水平较高城市的求职需求更高,而西部发展较慢的地区求职需求相对较低;在年龄及性别分布上,年龄为20~39岁的青壮年对智联招聘的关注度相对较高,男性对智 联招聘的关注度更高、求职需求更大。

    Abstract:

    Drawing on baidu search index, and taking “Zhilianzhaopin” as a keyword, this essay studies the web attention of zhaopin.com,its users crowd characteristics and area distribution characteristics by using the data from 2011 to 2016, and then discusses the spatial temporal features of labour market in China. The results show that: The user’s web attention is increasing year by year. The peak time of job hunting in China is in March when people rework after the Spring Festival and the graduation season in July. In terms of the regional distribution of job hunting, Beijing, eastern provinces and cities with higher development level have higher demand for job hunting, while the demand for job hunting in western areas with slower development is relatively low. In terms of age and gender distribution of job seeker, young adults aged between 20 and 39 have the highest level of attention to zhaopin.com, and men pay more attention to zhilianzhaopin and have greater demand for job hunting than women.
