The victory of the October Revolution in Russia in 1917 brought Marxism to China, which guided the path of the Chinese revolution and promoted the development of China's socialist construction in the right direction. However, the disintegration of the Soviet Union in 1991 was an extremely serious geopolitical catastrophe in the 20th century, and also a tragedy of the international communist movement. Both the Soviet Union and China are socialist countries, but they had very different destinies: the former Soviet Union disintegrated, while China is rising resolutely today.Therefore, we should earnestly learn from the experience of the victory of the October Revolution and the historical lessons of the disintegration of the Soviet Union. We should also adhere to the ideological theory guided by Marxism， resolutely take the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, deepen the understanding of the law of socialist construction and the ruling law of the proletariat party, and adhere to the Party construction strategies of ruling for the people and ruling the Party strictly, so as to realize the “Chinese dream” as soon as possible.
