Abstract:The rights and interests of commercial housing consumers are distinguished from ordinary consumer rights and interests by the characteristics of professional complexity, basic human rights, vulnerability to infringement and dirigisme. In addition to the legislative difficulties, there are many problems such as weak judicial protection and administrative supervision in protecting consumer rights and interests. Therefore, the consumer rights and interests must be protected by Consumer Protection Law, and its content must be broadened. By amending the judicial interpretation, we should further improve the punitive compensation system in the protection of commercial housing consumer rights and interests. And we should strengthen the legal regulation of the real estate transactions by the layout of the real estate registration system, information disclosure system, pretrial advertisement system and quality insurance system. At the same time consumer protection organizations are supposed to exert their influence in order to realize the full protection of commercial housing consumer rights and interests.
