    摘要:

    新媒体时代,高校思想政治教育工作呈现出教育环境复杂化、教育主体性特征明显化、教育手段多样化等时代特征。新媒体技术推动了高校思想政治教育工作平稳有序发展,但同时也给高校思想政治教育工作带来了负面影响。其原因主要有:思维模式单一化导致思想政治教育出现有效性障碍,教育模式陈旧化导致思想政治教育不能适应时代发展要求,教育内容结构碎片化导致思想政治教育的实效性降低。应树立思想政治教育新理念,建立思想政治教育工作新机制,占领思想政治教育工作新阵地,提升思想政治教育队伍新能力,以提高高校思想政治教育工作的时效性。

    Abstract:

    In the era of new media, ideological and political education in universities has displayed such three features as complexity of educational environment, distinctness of educational subjectivity and diversity in means of education. New media technology, on the one hand, has promoted the ideological and political education in a steady and orderly way. On the other hand, it has also brought negative influences on the ideological and political education. The main reasons are as follows. First, simplification of thinking mode undermines its validity. Second, obsolescence of education model gives rise to its maladjustment to the development of this new era. Third, fragmentation of education content leads to the decrease in its timeliness. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a new concept, establish a new work mechanism, occupy new positions and improve the educators' ability in order to enhance the timeliness of the ideological and political education.
