The socialist market economy is not only a characteristic expression of China's “market economy”, but also a high refining and concentration of the politics, society and culture of contemporary China. It contains the integrated speech devices at the three levels of the state（political party）, society and market, which is formally synonymous with the Chinese model or China's political system. Wang Yuewen's Traditional Chinese Painting, which was created in 1998, has responded to the historical establishment of China's socialist market economy by the art form of novels and shares the spirit of the socialist market economy. The “true and profound reflection of social reality” in Traditional Chinese Painting can only be clarified from the mirror image of the perfect metaphor “socialist market economy”.
