The article aims to explore stance-taking and the features of its related linguistic practices in college students' interactive discourse. From the socio-cognitive perspective, it finds that the socio-cognitive nature of resonance and value identification, critical thinking and harmounious social relationship construction are presented in the features of college students' stance-taking. It argues that the socio-cognitive approach to stance-taking needs to be highlighted in the research of college students' interactive discourse.
