Abstract:The style of literature works is a hot point question all along in academia because of its fuzzification and subjectivity. The classical novel The Moon and Sixpence of British novelist Somerset Maugham was translated by Fu Weici and it is still attractive since the first publishing in 1995, and has been reprinted many times, but the related researches lack comprehensiveness and profundity. Based on the stylistic markers theory, the thesis discusses the representation of original stylistic features in the Chinese version from the two respects of formal markers and non-formal markers, and aims at further verifying the guiding function of stylistic marker theory during the stylistic transmission of literature works.
