Yutou Dongzhai in Tongdao county, Huaihua City of Hunan Province, has unique tourism resources. And its tourism development presents a good momentum of growth. But there was also some problems: (1) The tourism development system there was not in good condition; (2) The construction of tourism facilities was inadequate; (3) The tourism development mode was not mature. The local government should strengthen the infrastructure construction, change the modes of development and management, so as to create high-quality tour routes with distinctive culture, improve and drive local tourism development onto a new stage.
