In order to promote the poetry study in Hunan province in the new century, a seminar on the poems of Zou Lianan, a famous poet, has been held in the conference room of School of Humanities and Communication of Hunan University of Science and Technology. The seminar was hosted by School of Humanities and Communication of Hunan University of Science and Technology, undertaken by the Department of Literature, and co-organized by Xiangtan Literature Research Association. The seminar attracted more than fifty experts, scholars, authors, poets and editors-in-chief, who conducted an extensive and in-depth discussion on Zou Lian’an’s poetry creation. Zou Lian’an’s persistent passion of creation and unique poetry style have been fully affirmed by all.
