Based on summarizing the experience of the overseas Revolutionary Party Newspaper activities, Sun Yat-sen made a deep interpretation on the basic principles, function, management and strategies of the Party newspaper and established his initial thought of the Revolutionary Party Newspapers with the core of “Revolutionary Party is the body, while Party Newspaper is the tool” during the Revolution of 1911. However, there still existed lots of flaws in the orgnization and activity of Revolutionary Party under Sun’s leadership, which greatly weaken the effectiveness of the Revolutionary Party Newspapers.
