In view of research methods of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics and analysis of the Rio Olympic cycle in the world badminton championships and Olympic badminton tournament, it revealled the world badminton competition. The result showed that China badminton team's dominance declined sharply and the world badminton enter the "Warring States period" in Rio Olympic cycle; Western Europe badminton got recovery and competition gap was narrowed; the individual competition was "Warlords hegemony" as well as multi polarization development trend was showed.
