Due to the influence of wars, the narrative of humanity discourse in the novels in 1940s gradually turned from stealth in the initial stage of the war to active intervention of reality. The shift of presentation is not only the succession of the essence of humanity discourse discussion in the May-4th Movement, but also a profound development based on that. Meanwhile, due to the stripped existence of political powers, experience of wars dispelled people’s recognition of the unified literature pattern at the early stage of the war. Literature served different political powers, and caused the different understanding of humanity, so it presented differential states.
